A Pirate Ship

The story of a pirate ship

Drunk’s the sailor

In sober sea.

Wait the horizon seize to be,

The shade of blue,

Melancholy.

With a finger

He talks the breeze—

“Don’t you lie, I smell a thief”

“And water you, I blame thy greed”

A dream or pensive?

Mask the grief.

The ship is sinking,

Holes no see.

A hazy reprieve,

With a smile that’s weak.

The couple fight

And other is you.

A soul demise,

In solitude.

  1. Nice!
What made u think of it?

    And, do elaborate:

    “The couple fight

    And other is you.

    A soul demise,

    In solitude.”
